My Husband passed away suddenly in a freak accident in his workshop. I found him dead. Then less than 2 months later my Mom died from a fall that she never recovered from. This song give me hope that there will be better days ahead.

Sooooo close to come. I’m a teacher and I went from 75 students, meetings, lesson planning, parent contact, being a mom running to softball games to… stillness. I was excited for the summer to be still but my brain was not. I’ve been so anxious and depressed and back to weekly therapy and feeling so low. I was sobbing and begging God to give me my joy back. Thank you for highlighting loneliness, Lauren! That’s something I struggle with and I often turn to an old familiar addiction to cope with it but it’s not healthy, so I am learning this year how to really overcome it and live for the Lord!
